The efficient AutoPot Matrix comes in the square pot of the 1Pot or easy2Grow pots and makes it difficult for the roots to emerge.
The black mats are placed at the very bottom of the pot to provide a minimum level of protection against "root escape" from the pot into the watering system. This keeps the system clean and the AQUAvalve free of residue.
It is advisable to replace it at the beginning of each season, at the latest when the mat gets holes. This minimizes the transmission of any possible disease or pest infestation.
